GROW UNIVERSITY IS HERE!!!
Thank you to everyone who joined the recent information session. I wanted to follow up with a clear and comprehensive overview that answers many of the questions raised and prepares us for what is ahead.
This is more than a program. This is a season of intentional growth.
Program Overview: GROW University is a 12–16 week certificate-based training experience designed to develop you spiritually, personally, and as a leader. This will include multiple instructors, (subject to change) diverse topics, and a collaborative learning environment.
Structure and Format: Sessions will take place primarily on Mondays and select evenings•
Each session will be approximately 90 minutes•
The majority of sessions will be virtual, with the possibility of 1–2 in-person gatherings• All sessions will be recorded for replay•
Some instructors will provide PowerPoint materials, while others will teach without slides•
Every session will include time for engagement and questions
Learning Model. - This is an active growth experience, not passive attendance.
• Pre-work will be provided for most sessions•
Participants will be assigned to small groups
• Groups will engage in post-session discussions and reflections
• Collaboration and accountability will be essential components

• Understanding Your Calling: Discovering, Developing, and Walking in Your Assignment

Certificate and Completion
At the conclusion of the program, we are planning a formal gathering and certificate presentation to celebrate your commitment and completion.
