Make Disciples
We will make disciples of Jesus Christ by following the blueprint of (Matthew 28:19-20). "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age." The keyword in this text is “Go”. Many of our churches have ignored the commission to “Go” and we have settled behind the four walls in our comfort zones. While the assembly of believers is vitally important for training and corporate worship, we must remember that the training behind the four walls of the church is a training to be sent out to influence the world, reflecting the light of Christ, thereby making disciples.
Mature Believers
We will mature believers by remembering the importance of edification through training. We endeavor to equip believers by mandating training before sending leaders out to lead and feed. Ministry leaders should be trained, and continued education and edification is vital. Auxiliary Leaders (Servant Leaders), Ministers, Elders, Deacons, and other leaders will be trained and validated for ministry work. We will use the various gifts and skills within the fellowship to collaborate on training opportunities. We will mature believers by edifying them in their personal lives and ministry lives. Trainings like financial literacy, health and wellness, marriage edification, along with Christian Theology just to name a few is being offered.
Multiplying Ministries
It is important that ministries are multiplied in the earth. We believe that we can never have enough ministries locally, but these ministries must learn how to collaborate with others and be set up for maximum impact. We must and will first collaborate on best practices and share ideas and templates so that we are not recreating the wheel and are being set up for success and excellence; representing Christ. Shared resources, shared ideas, core competency collaborations such as setting up a non-profit, financial compliance, church growth, and the like are critical within our fellowship.

Gifted Ministries Fellowship exists to build, equip, and empower God’s people to walk fully in their calling. We believe every leader and every ministry has a divine assignment, and our role is to strengthen the body of Christ through practical training, spiritual formation, and authentic fellowship.

Convening
We gather leaders in prayer, fellowship, and collaboration—creating spaces where the presence of God unites hearts and sharpens vision.

Counseling
We support leaders personally and spiritually, offering guidance, encouragement, and biblical wisdom to strengthen them for the work of ministry.

Covenant
We foster accountability, trust, and commitment among leaders, building a fellowship anchored in biblical integrity and mutual support.

Capacity Building
We provide practical tools and training to help ministries thrive—equipping leaders to manage resources, cast vision, and expand their impact.

Bishop Robert J. Bolton, Jr.
Presiding Bishop
Bishop Robert J. Bolton, Jr. is a pastor, executive leader, author, and community builder whose ministry and leadership are marked by vision, servant leadership, and a passion for transforming lives through faith and service. As Founder and Senior Pastor of One Accord Christian Church, he has dedicated his life to building a ministry that ministers to the Total Man, spiritually, emotionally, socially, and practically, while extending the love of Christ beyond the church walls into the community.

Bishop Bolton also serves as Presiding Bishop of Gifted Ministries Fellowship International, a fellowship committed to strengthening leaders and ministries through covenant, counseling, capacity building, and collaboration. Through mentorship, discipleship, leadership development, outreach initiatives, and regional partnerships, his ministry work continues to impact churches, leaders, and communities across generations.

In addition to his ministry leadership, Bishop Bolton serves as President and Executive Director of The Interchurch Center in Manhattan, one of the nation’s leading nonprofit and interfaith centers. There, he oversees strategic operations, tenant engagement, and organizational growth for a mission-driven community serving organizations focused on justice, education, advocacy, and humanitarian work. Known for his ability to merge operational excellence with people-centered leadership, he has led transformative initiatives focused on collaboration, innovation, community engagement, and organizational resilience.
A veteran of the United States Air Force who served during Desert Storm, Bishop Bolton brings discipline, integrity, and strategic insight to every sphere of leadership. He holds degrees in Business Administration, Religion, and Christian Ministry and is passionate about empowering others to walk fully in their calling, purpose, and leadership potential.
Bishop Bolton is also the author of the Christian novel Blocking My View, which was later adapted into a stage play. Whether preaching, teaching, mentoring, or leading organizations, he is known for his authentic voice, visionary thinking, and commitment to building healthy ministries, strong leaders, thriving communities, and lasting legacy.
He credits much of his spiritual foundation to the prayers and influence of his late mother, Elizabeth Knight, and remains deeply grateful for his wife and ministry partner, Executive Pastor Lady Lashelle Bolton. Together, they are committed to faith, family, mentorship, and helping others cultivate strong, purpose-driven lives and relationships grounded in grace and truth.
